I have recently purchased a Lloytron product and it has become faulty.

If your product has become faulty then you must return the item back to the retailer in which it was purchased. If the product was purchased more than 6 months ago, then you may have to prove that the product has not become faulty through wear & tear.



Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the retailer or internet seller is legally obliged to repair or replace the faulty product if a manufacturing fault is found.



Do not allow them to advise you to contact the manufacturer!
The manufacturer is not required to provide any warranty for any product, unless you have opted to take the Manufacturer's Extended Warranty.
